Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at LSEG, you will act as a trusted advisor for Investment Banking, Wealth and Asset Management clients, helping them extract sustained value from LSEG’s data and analytics solutions. Fluency in both English and French is essential to support our French‑speaking customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep product expertise in LSEG Workspace and guide clients on subscription optimisation.
- Own the end‑to‑end relationship for a portfolio of customers, from onboarding to expansion, while proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks.
- Demonstrate and train end‑users on product features, gather feedback, and relay insights to product teams.
- Drive organic growth by uncovering new use‑cases and proposing additional LSEG solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, Product Managers and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and French.
- Relevant experience in financial markets and familiarity with financial institutions.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple accounts.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
