Data Center Technical Manager

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Data Center Technical Manager to lead the electrical engineering delivery for high‑voltage (HV), medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) power networks in data‑center environments. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into robust power system architectures and ensuring safe, reliable operation across global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical execution for electrical systems projects covering HV, MV and LV networks.
• Design comprehensive power system architectures that integrate generation, storage, conversion and distribution components.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams through design, supplier management, implementation and testing phases.
• Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with data‑center operators, consultants, EPCs and end customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering for data‑center or industrial projects.
• MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex environments.
• Confident decision‑maker who balances technical standards with project constraints.
