Demand Supply Planner

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo focuses on balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. The Demand Supply Planner works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate sales insights into actionable supply and production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Convert forecasts into supply and production plans in coordination with procurement, production, sales, and logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align plans, manage lead times, and meet service‑level and cost targets.
• Report key planning metrics, update planning tools, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong demand‑focused expertise, including demand planning and forecasting.
• Solid supply‑chain capabilities such as supply planning and production planning.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Previous experience in demand or supply planning within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries is a plus.
