Digital Marketing & Media Buying Manager

About the role

Centro is seeking a hybrid Digital Marketing & Media Buying Manager who will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution of paid acquisition campaigns. You will shape the overall digital marketing framework while actively managing budgets across major ad networks to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation and continuous A/B testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to generate high‑quality B2B and B2C leads.
• Monitor, analyze and report daily/weekly performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and CTR to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimise ad copy, landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Oversee organic social media efforts to ensure brand consistency and amplify paid initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on media buying and paid advertising experience with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion‑rate optimisation and audience segmentation.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
