Director of People & Culture

About the role

The Director of People & Culture will lead the HR function for Rixos Hotels, shaping strategy, culture and employee experience across a growing international portfolio of luxury resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all operations of the People & Culture Department, aligning HR strategy with senior leadership goals.
• Serve on the Executive Committee, providing counsel on talent management, organizational development, employee relations and compliance.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary procedures, investigations, performance and talent management programs.
• Develop and manage the annual People & Culture budget, monitor expenditures and produce financial reports.
• Analyze organizational trends and metrics using the HR information system (HRIS) to inform decision‑making.
• Guide department heads in creating corrective action plans based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices in employee relations.
• Ability to influence executive decision‑making and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency
