Learning & Development Supervisor – Training Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Supervisor to lead training initiatives at its Hurghada location. You will design, develop and deliver engaging training programs that boost employee performance and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for staff at all levels.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions.
• Implement e‑learning and blended learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
• Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and apply data‑driven improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, manuals and e‑learning modules.
• Monitor training metrics, report ROI and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
• Manage training budgets and stay current with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as CPLP is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful training program design and implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess needs and measure outcomes.
