Dynamic Customer Success Manager – French Speaker

About the role

The Dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) will join DocuSign’s scaled customer management team to deliver a high‑touch, high‑volume experience for French‑speaking customers across the APJ region. Working remotely, you will act as an extension of the CSM team, ensuring customers achieve their goals with DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of accounts at scale, driving Net Promoter Score, platform engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proactive digital communications such as events, newsletters, and office hours.
• Provide technical answers, open support cases, and escalate issues when needed.
• Partner with account teams to recommend optimal ways for customers to exceed their objectives.
• Influence product strategy and adoption by sharing customer feedback across sales, services, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Champion best practices and workflows for fellow CSMs.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a one‑to‑many customer relationship model.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor who can operate independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to cover out‑of‑hours support for the APJ market.
