Dynamics 365 Technical Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Technical Team Leader to join Safari Group’s new branch in Egypt. The role will drive technical consulting, implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end technical consulting for business applications, add‑ins and custom apps.
• Configure, install, customize and integrate Dynamics 365, including ISV solutions.
• Lead coding, testing and support activities for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with delivery, support teams and client staff to enhance and maintain solutions that address business challenges.
• Engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of development experience with the current version of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven record of delivering full‑life‑cycle implementations, upgrades, performance optimisation, integrations and data migrations.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365/AX architecture, web services, security, cloud and infrastructure.
• Strong advisory, presentation and communication skills with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for continuous learning and development of technical and functional expertise.
