Electrical & Control Engineer – Marine & Solar Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Control Engineer to join our marine engineering team. The role focuses on designing, installing, and maintaining power distribution and off‑grid solar systems for marine vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement power distribution networks and cabling layouts.
• Create and maintain distribution boards (DBs) for marine applications.
• Develop, install, and service off‑grid solar solutions, including panels, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and power management systems (PMS).
• Perform generator synchronization control, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions under project deadlines.
• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with marine standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and control engineering.
• Strong background in marine environments is highly desirable.
• Proven hands‑on experience with solar panel installations and related control systems.
