Electrical Projects Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Projects Engineer will lead the electrical side of projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on all electrical project activities, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, deliverables, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical expertise, resolve engineering issues and guide the project team throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation, report progress, risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee proper handover of electrical work from contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering with a focus on electrical systems.
• Hands‑on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with project management and engineering software such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Strong grasp of core engineering principles and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and ability to manage multiple priorities.
