Electrician – Maintenance & Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Electrician to join our hotel facilities team in Sharm El Sheikh. The role focuses on routine electrical and minor plumbing maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Fix minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains, repairing leaky spigots and faucets.
• Perform basic electrical repairs, replace light bulbs, tighten loose fixtures and patch wall holes.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Assist guests with service needs, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb independently and assisting with items over 100 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Basic electrical maintenance.
• Basic plumbing repair.
• Proficient use of hand tools.
