English Customer Support Agent (Cairo)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting English Customer Support Agents to work in Cairo, Egypt. The agent handles inbound calls, gives customers expert advice and accurate information, and resolves issues while following company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls consistently, meeting department standards and goals
• Provide expert advice and accurate information to customers
• Follow company guidelines and think quickly to offer solutions that meet customer needs
• Resolve calls and escalate only when all other options have been ruled out
• Document every case clearly and concisely
• Meet schedule adherence goals set by the client
• Periodically make outbound calls to follow up on various issues
• Use multiple applications during calls

Required profile

• University graduate or equivalent degree; college dropouts must have completed at least one year of study
• No particular experience required; previous customer experience is a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability to working conditions and hours

Required skills

• Excellent command of English (B1/B2)
• Ability to use computers and internet applications
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with 80% accuracy
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly
