ESLP Senior Manager

About the role

The ESLP Senior Manager is a key member of the QSE Team, responsible for driving safety, sustainability and loss‑prevention strategies across the plant. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, international standards and Coca‑Cola corporate policies while fostering a culture of zero incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the site safety management system to meet ISO 45001, KORE requirements and local regulations.
• Lead risk‑assessment activities, update assessments regularly and drive corrective action plans.
• Design and execute the annual safety program in partnership with plant functions, tracking progress and completion.
• Manage safety inspections, occupational hygiene monitoring, and internal audit programs.
• Analyze safety performance data, report trends to leadership and use insights for predictive strategies.
• Develop emergency, incident‑management and injury‑prevention plans, coordinating training and drills with on‑site and off‑site services.
• Provide guidance on environment, health, safety and security matters, ensuring a safe workplace for employees, visitors and contractors.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in occupational health and safety management within an industrial setting.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 45001, KORE standards and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence change and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills for safety data interpretation and trend analysis.
