About the role
Provide administrative support to the Executive Office of the Four Seasons Resort, handling guest and employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail.
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for the General Manager and Hotel Manager.
- Answer telephone calls in line with Four Seasons standards.
- Prepare written correspondence on behalf of the General Manager and Resort Manager for approval.
- Compile monthly guest comment analysis and distribute results appropriately.
- Arrange travel and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
- Adhere to Category One and Two Work Rules, maintaining confidentiality of the Executive Office.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and filing system.
Required profile
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within Four Seasons or a comparable organization.
- Ability to operate computer equipment.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
- Capability to compose business correspondence.
