About the role
We are looking for an Executive Business Support/Admin professional to join our Cairo office and provide high‑level administrative assistance to our engineering teams. The role is full‑time, onsite, and supports daily operations across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, format and distribute correspondence, reports, proposals and other documents following company templates.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, create PowerPoint presentations and share relevant materials.
- Compile data and statistics for research and analysis.
- Organise and maintain administrative documents such as corporate CVs and project fact sheets.
- Manage incoming physical and electronic mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including video conferences, invitations and catering.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries, directing clients to appropriate contacts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a large office or project environment.
- Strong time‑management, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; French language ability is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
