About the role

The General Manager of a downtown Cairo office is seeking a bilingual Executive Secretary to ensure smooth daily operations and support high‑level administrative tasks. This position requires fluency in English and French and strong organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the GM’s office workflow, including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
  • Draft, proofread, and format letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain records, monitor office supplies, and provide general office support.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional communication.
  • Schedule meetings, manage the GM’s calendar, and coordinate appointments.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on tasks.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Graduation from a language school with proven proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
