Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on guiding buyers, developers, and sellers through the property transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients across residential and commercial segments.
• Conduct property viewings and present options that match client needs.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment potential.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers such as Palm Hills, Sodic, Emaar, and Mountain View.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market conditions and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in real‑estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid real‑estate license and familiarity with industry regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
