Factory Internal Logistics Lead

About the role

BSH Home Appliances is seeking an experienced leader to oversee internal logistics and warehouse operations at its factory in 10th of Ramadan. The role ensures smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and on‑time delivery to support production and customer demands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving activities, line feeding processes, and finished‑goods handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct annual physical stock counts.
• Execute goods receipt tasks, create shipping documents, and handle goods issue.
• Coordinate internal transport of external and pre‑produced goods, including metal parts.
• Prepare materials for line feeding (picking/set) and perform Milkrun deliveries to the point of use.
• Oversee internal transportation of empty boxes, returns, waste, and scrap.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and on‑time material flow throughout the warehouse.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and internal transportation.
• Proven ability to communicate with multiple functions such as Production, Quality, and Materials.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including Excel Analytics).
• PowerBI.
• SAP S/4HANA.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General MS Office proficiency.
