Faculty Member – Nursing Institute

About the role

Gouna Technical Nursing Institute (GTNI) is looking for a qualified Faculty Member to join its academic team in Hurghada. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction to nursing students three days per week and contributing to a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom teaching and practical instruction to nursing students in accordance with GTNI’s curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that meet the institute’s educational standards.
• Participate in academic meetings, student mentorship, and continuous improvement of the teaching program.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative atmosphere within the department.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Internal Medicine or Surgery from a recognized Faculty of Medicine (PhD is a plus).
• Full proficiency in English.
• Preferably a resident of Hurghada.
