Field Trainer

About the role

KONE is seeking a Field Trainer to plan, deliver and continuously improve technical training for field operatives. The role bridges the gap between global methodologies and local execution, ensuring that technicians are prepared for new products, service changes and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive training sessions in the Training Center and on‑site, coaching operatives on KONE methods and tools.
• Develop and maintain training records, catalogs and participant results in konelearning.com.
• Localise global technical documents, instructions and training materials to meet local language and regulatory needs.
• Communicate updates on codes, methods, products and training resources to field staff and part‑time trainers.
• Participate in safety investigations, observe risky practices and support risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of installation or field support experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Highly motivated, organized self‑starter with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written).

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
