About the role
FlairsTech is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policies.
- Manage and develop finance team members while fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities.
- Conduct cost and revenue analysis and provide financial oversight for RFPs, bids, and commercial initiatives.
- Deliver financial insights and reporting to leadership teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
- Strong experience in cash management and financial forecasting.
- Proven FP&A and financial reporting experience.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Previous experience leading and developing finance teams.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- ERP experience – Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (a plus).
