Finance Manager

About the role

FlairsTech is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policies.
• Manage and develop finance team members while fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities.
• Conduct cost and revenue analysis and provide financial oversight for RFPs, bids, and commercial initiatives.
• Deliver financial insights and reporting to leadership teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• Strong experience in cash management and financial forecasting.
• Proven FP&A and financial reporting experience.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Previous experience leading and developing finance teams.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP experience – Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (a plus).
