About the role
The Fleet Senior Associate works in the control tower, monitoring live fleet data, validating safety violations, and taking immediate corrective actions. This role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements and safety standards while supporting driver well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service aligned with SLAs and KPIs, driving operational efficiency.
- Provide real‑time monitoring and customer service to manage incidents and safety violations.
- Validate reported violations for legitimacy and take corrective actions in English and Arabic.
- Maintain accurate shift records of all violations and incidents.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to identify risks and develop corrective plans.
- Escalate high‑risk or repeat violations to senior leadership.
- Analyze driver behavior using big‑data tools and present actionable insights.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience in a call centre, shared services, or control‑tower environment.
- Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Personal commitment to safety and risk mitigation.
Required skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn multiple digital systems.
- Experience with telematics and fleet monitoring platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of service‑management platforms and digital dashboards.
