About the role
The Housekeeping Site Manager leads daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, efficient staff performance, and strict safety compliance. This role balances operational excellence with budget control and client satisfaction to deliver top‑tier service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train housekeeping staff, conduct performance evaluations and promote personal growth.
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities to meet service level agreements and conduct quality inspections.
- Manage inventory processes, maintain equipment condition, and recommend new tools to improve safety and service.
- Control labor budgets, operating expenses and staffing levels, and prepare financial and operational reports.
- Enforce safety policies, attend monthly client review meetings and address service feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or related service operations.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
