Food & Beverage Guest Relations

About the role

A Sofitel hotel in Cairo is looking for a Food & Beverage Guest Relations officer. The role keeps a strong floor presence across the restaurant outlets, welcomes guests warmly and personally, and builds lasting relationships with regular and high-value guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests in a warm, professional and personalized way, following up on VIP, repeat and special-occasion guests.
• Proactively identify guest needs and address concerns before they become complaints, ensuring a consistent experience in line with Sofitel standards.
• Support VIP dinners, special events and other key F&B experiences.
• Collect guest feedback directly and through approved channels, recording comments, preferences, suggestions and complaints accurately.
• Identify recurring concerns and share them with the Outlet Manager, and report important feedback in daily briefings and F&B management meetings.
• Prepare regular guest feedback reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage.
• Fluency in English is a must; French is preferred, and additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for guest service.
