About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and coordination of meeting spaces to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for scheduled meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate visitor access and appointments with other departments.
- Maintain inventory of office and reception supplies.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and events.
- Handle basic inquiries from guests and employees.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and solve problems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate phone systems professionally.
- Competence with standard office equipment.
