About the role
We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This entry‑level position offers a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to develop administrative and customer‑service skills in a professional office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration tasks.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in data entry and record keeping.
- Support team members with administrative duties.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
