General Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Bvlgari Egypt is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary General Manager to lead its operations in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive growth, ensure brand excellence, and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations across all functions.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans and sales initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional luxury customer experience and operational excellence.
• Monitor business performance, KPIs, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous business improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership and retail management.
• Strong background in luxury retail or premium brands (highly preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Solid understanding of sales strategy, operations, and financial management.
• Experience in team development and performance management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly competitive luxury environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
