Golf Club Manager

About the role

The Golf Club Manager will lead all aspects of club operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members while maintaining high standards of service, financial performance, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee membership administration, dues collection and compliance with club bylaws.
• Design and execute a diverse calendar of social events and programs to enhance member satisfaction.
• Supervise core departments such as Athletics, Food & Beverage, Facilities, Spa, Fitness and Leisure, coordinating with external academies and vendors to meet KPIs.
• Manage third‑party operators and contractors, ensuring they adhere to performance and quality standards.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures across all areas and support budget development, expense control and revenue tracking.
• Foster a customer‑service oriented culture, prepare work schedules, assign responsibilities and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and career development opportunities for all club associates.
• Monitor business forecasts for manpower planning and promote the club within the local community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in club operations, high‑end hospitality or luxury service environments.
• Proven track record in membership sales, retention and high‑level customer service.
• Strong team‑management abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
