Group Product Manager

About the role

Maqam Cosmetics Solutions is seeking a strategic Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of skin, hair and personal care brands. You will shape product strategy, guide a team of product and brand managers, and drive growth across multiple categories in a fast‑growing cosmeceutical company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers and Brand Managers.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑market performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, profitability and market share.
• Drive successful product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science or a related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably in pharma or cosmetics.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
