Guest Relation Agent

About the role

As a Guest Relation Agent at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering the luxury service standards that define our brand. You will create memorable experiences by anticipating needs, handling special requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression aligned with Swissôtel’s luxury standards.
• Offer personalized assistance by addressing inquiries, coordinating special requests, and anticipating guest needs.
• Provide detailed information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating unresolved issues to the Guest Relations Manager.
• Assist with VIP preparation and execution of personalized services.
• Coordinate special occasion arrangements, dining reservations, recreational activities, and room configurations.
• Collect guest feedback through direct interaction, surveys, and reviews, and relay insights to management.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, Recreation, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support reservation of spa treatments, excursions, and other activities.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, including preferences and special requests.
• Promote eco‑friendly practices in line with Ennismore’s sustainability initiatives.
• Assist the front office during peak periods with check‑in and check‑out processes.
