Head of Presales & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Presales & Project Management to lead our B2B solution initiatives. In this senior role you will shape presales strategy, oversee project delivery, and ensure technical excellence across client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a presales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
• Lead the presales team in creating proposals, presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with sales to qualify leads, define win strategies and drive complex B2B opportunities.
• Establish and enforce PMO best‑practice methodologies, governance and performance reporting.
• Monitor project delivery to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope execution, applying corrective actions when required.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects and maintain project health dashboards.
• Oversee solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance and security, and conduct technical feasibility reviews.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients during presales, facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Partner with product, development and marketing teams to integrate client feedback and create compelling collateral.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing presales and architecture team, fostering continuous learning.
• Define and track KPIs such as win rates, client satisfaction and solution adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience leading presales and project management functions in B2B technology environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
