About the role

Our client, a large multinational FMCG company, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the overall sales strategy in Egypt. The role will drive commercial growth, shape market penetration, and ensure strong revenue performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multi‑channel operations, including direct sales, distributor networks and key accounts.
  • Oversee and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Strengthen route‑to‑market strategies and drive trade performance.
  • Align commercial objectives with overall corporate strategy and ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

  • 10+ years of FMCG sales experience, with recent experience in the Egypt market.
  • Proven senior sales leadership experience across multiple sales channels.
  • Strong background in distribution management, key‑account handling and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
