About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at St. Regis is responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience through impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This full‑time position works on‑site in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo, and plays a key part in upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the highest hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance, and report any hazards.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and strict adherence to quality standards.
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.
