About the role
The Housekeeping Site Manager leads daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, efficient staff performance, and compliance with safety policies. This role is responsible for managing budgets, inventory, and client satisfaction to deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and train housekeeping staff, conduct performance evaluations and promote personal growth.
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities to meet service level agreements, perform quality inspections and act on client feedback.
- Implement and manage inventory processes, maintain equipment condition and recommend new tools to improve safety and service.
- Control labour budgets, operating expenses and staffing levels, and prepare financial and operational reports.
- Enforce safety policies, ensure compliance and participate in monthly meetings with customer representatives to discuss service performance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or related service.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Ability to manage housekeeping services, staff, equipment and materials.
