About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at The St. Regis Cairo ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will be the front‑line host who anticipates needs, resolves requests, and adds a personal touch to each interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services throughout the guest’s stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
