Housekeeping Site Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Site Manager leads daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, efficient staff performance, and strict safety compliance. This role balances operational excellence with client satisfaction and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train housekeeping staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering personal growth.
• Oversee daily housekeeping activities to meet service level agreements, perform quality inspections, and act on client feedback.
• Manage inventory processes, maintain equipment condition, schedule repairs, and recommend new tools to improve service delivery.
• Control labor budgets, operating expenses, and staffing levels while preparing financial and operational reports.
• Enforce safety policies, ensure compliance, and participate in monthly meetings with customer representatives to discuss performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or related services.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing staff, equipment, and materials.
