HR Intern

About the role

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team at the EEP Corporate Office with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining practical experience in HR functions. The internship is based on site in New Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employee records management and HR documentation, keeping employee data accurate.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and help create a positive workplace environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records and documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn HR operations, HR systems and administrative processes, with a problem-solving mindset and independence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
