HR Operations Executive

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for an HR Operations Executive in New Cairo City. The role supports the HR Operations team with day-to-day HR administration, covering onboarding, employee relations, offboarding and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding: administer new hire paperwork, run HR onboarding sessions, manage new joiner data and keep employee documentation accurate.
• Social and medical insurance: ensure accurate data management for all employees and maintain medical insurance documents, including additions and deletions.
• People relationships: answer employee questions, resolve work-related issues and advise on policies, leave management and other HR topics.
• Offboarding: prepare offboarding paperwork and manage related processes through online and offline internal systems.
• Reporting: generate monthly reports on social and medical insurance statistics for the HR Operations Manager.
• Maintenance: keep BambooHR up to date so all employee files are recorded digitally and accurately.
• General: collaborate with the HR team on operational activities and coordinate administrative work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; an additional HR diploma or certification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR function in a medium to large company.
• Administrative experience is essential, with familiarity with HR processes and systems.
• Highly proficient spoken and written English, strong communication, coordination and organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise work.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
