HR Manager - IT, Identity Management & Digital Transformation

About the role

The HR Manager develops, implements and manages all human capital and administrative functions for the company's IT, Identity Management and Digital Transformation operations within the assigned country or region. The role ensures compliance with local labor laws, smooth HR operations, effective workforce planning, employee relations management and end-to-end administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including IT, digital transformation, project management and identity management positions.
• Lead manpower planning, forecasting and organizational design, and manage onboarding, orientation and induction programs.
• Oversee performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals) and monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, retention, productivity and headcount.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases and conflict resolution, and guide managers on HR policies and employee performance.
• Support competitive compensation packages, payroll input, leave management, attendance tracking, overtime processing, medical insurance and end-of-service calculations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements and local regulations, maintain employee files and HRIS records, and support HR-related audits.
• Identify training needs and implement training programs and development plans aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Oversee general administration, including office facilities, visas, travel, logistics, procurement and vendor relationships, and act as the main HR contact for corporate leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 6-10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in IT, digital services or identity management industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, compliance and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR workflows.
