About the role
The HR Operations Agent will support Deel’s global HR functions across the EMEA region. Working closely with regional HR teams, you will handle urgent, time‑sensitive HR requests, manage the HR hotline, and provide temporary backup for country‑specific operations. The role leverages AI‑driven tools and automation to deliver fast, accurate support for employees worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support for requests spanning multiple regions and time zones.
- Execute global HR tasks across the employee life‑cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Respond to inquiries via the HR hotline and written channels, addressing EOR and client HR issues.
- Offer temporary backup coverage for country‑level HR operations when needed.
- Utilise AI and automation to streamline processes and improve response times.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in HR operations, payroll, or related administrative functions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
- Comfort with handling urgent, time‑sensitive requests.
