About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist who is fluent in French and English. The role supports our growing team by ensuring smooth HR administrative processes, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive employee experience across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Manage job and employment application requests and coordinate with hiring teams.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee pre‑employment declarations, occupational health check‑ups, and follow‑up on missing documents.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate records for exits, secondments, and special leave types.
- International Workforce Monitoring: Track and follow up on documentation for foreign nationals.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle billing for work‑study students and ensure timely reminders and documentation across HR processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
