About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR function at Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee services and compliance with brand standards. You will act as a key point of contact for staff inquiries and contribute to CSR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Assist in recruitment procedures and coordinate talent surveys with department heads.
Provide HR-related services such as issuing letters and responding to employee queries.
Apply IHG’s Winning Ways and HR Brand Standards to achieve 100% compliance.
Support internal and external HR inquiries and assist with governmental relations.
Participate in CSR activities and help with HR audit compliance.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 month experience in a human resources role.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
