About the role
We are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Technician who can provide technical assistance to end‑users in both English and Arabic. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, delivering training, and ensuring smooth daily operation of computer systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in‑person and phone support for computer, software and hardware queries.
- Respond to email requests and guide customers through problem‑solving steps.
- Install, modify, repair, and configure computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support LAN, WAN and other network systems.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems and generate reports on recurring malfunctions.
- Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as an IT Help Desk Technician.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluent English speaker (Arabic proficiency implied by location).
- CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications.
