IT Networks Administrator

About the role

The IT Networks Administrator will design, implement and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across the headquarters and retail locations. This role ensures reliable connectivity for all devices, supports day‑to‑day network operations and contributes to basic security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, analyze and upgrade network components for the entire organization, including HQ and stores.
• Provide network connectivity for all devices and peripherals.
• Develop and implement network access controls, monitoring, and evaluation systems to secure the environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on network equipment, testing and adjusting to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage infrastructure devices using remote access tools and ticketing systems.

Required profile

• CCNA certification (mandatory).
• Experience with ticketing systems and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote access tools and infrastructure management.
• Ability to work with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
