About the role
We are seeking a Junior People & Culture Partner to support business leaders and employees across all HR functions. The role focuses on aligning people strategy with company objectives, driving employee engagement, and ensuring a positive workplace experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee concerns.
- Partner with department heads to understand business needs and deliver strategic people solutions.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, retention, and off‑boarding.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture that reflects company values.
- Support performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback, reviews, and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to foster employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams on compensation, benefits, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and workforce analytics.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, labor law, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated confidentiality, professionalism, and problem‑solving ability.
- Business‑partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
