About the role
We are seeking experienced Korean‑to‑English interpreters to provide medical and legal interpretation services remotely. Work will involve Over‑the‑Phone (OPI), Video Remote (VRI), and scheduled sessions supporting critical communication in healthcare and legal contexts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, real‑time interpretation for medical and legal interactions via phone or video.
- Handle scheduled interpretation appointments and on‑demand requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
- Take clear notes and retain information throughout sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + years of professional interpretation experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in either the medical or legal sector.
- Availability for OPI, VRI, or scheduled appointments.
- Strong listening, note‑taking, and memory retention abilities.
Required skills
- Professional interpretation proficiency in Korean and English.
