Lead Architecture Engineer – Section 5

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Architecture Engineer to join SYSTRA’s EET‑GL Section 5 team, working on projects across sites from Alamein to Marsa Matrouh. The role involves overseeing architectural design, finishes and landscape works, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of public‑transport infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings and technical office documents.
• Supervise all architectural, finishing and landscaping activities on site.
• Lead and coordinate the work of all disciplines (civil, MEP, systems, etc.) to maintain project progress.
• Provide technical guidance across engineering fields and ensure compliance with design standards.

Required profile

• Strong management and coordination capabilities.
• Proven decision‑making and leadership experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple sites as required.

Required skills

• Experience with shop‑drawing review processes.
• Knowledge of architectural and landscape supervision.
