Lead Auditor – Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001/45001/13485/22000)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor to join our auditing team. The successful candidate will lead audits across multiple ISO standards, ensuring compliance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting our clients in achieving certification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485 and ISO 22000.
• Develop detailed audit plans and produce professional audit reports.
• Review documents, records, operational processes and objective evidence.
• Identify strengths, observations, non‑conformities and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Ensure audits comply with ISO/IEC 17021 and ISO 19011 requirements.
• Maintain impartiality, confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the audit process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, Environment, Food Safety, Safety or a related field.
• Certified Lead Auditor for one or more of the listed ISO standards.
• Minimum three years of experience in management‑system auditing.
• Previous experience with a certification body is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements such as SAAC, UAF, IAS or UKAS.
• Excellent audit‑report writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site audits.
