Logistics Coordinator / Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a remote Logistics Coordinator/Specialist to own the end‑to‑end international freight process from Chinese factories to distribution centres and Amazon Fulfilment Centres across the US, Canada, UK and EU. You will act as the central point of contact for Amazon Global Logistics and third‑party forwarders, ensuring timely, cost‑effective shipments while maintaining full customs compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international freight bookings from China to multiple global destinations.
• Serve as primary liaison for the Amazon Global Logistics account manager.
• Optimise container utilisation and routing to minimise cost per unit.
• Ensure accurate export documentation and customs compliance for every lane.
• Maintain critical path milestones in Monday.com and input logistics data into SAP ByDesign.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, finance, merchandising and manufacturing teams to resolve disruptions.
• Develop and update process documentation for international freight and Amazon logistics.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central, preferably in logistics or operations.
• 2+ years direct experience making Amazon Global Logistics shipment bookings.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with proactive stakeholder communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and resilience when plans change.
